My mission in life is to understand the uniqueness of human development and support people in discovering their superpowers to achieve their fullest potential and develop to be social innovators.

I recently graduated from San Jose State University in 2023 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management Information Systems and a minor in Child and Adolescent Development to be at the forefront of innovative people-driven technology solutions. 

My professional experience includes being a Recruiter for Amazon Web Services (AWS). I advocate for candidates by providing dedicated support and coaching throughout the recruiting journey. As a former Management Aide for the County of Santa Clara, I led the strategic planning of the Student Pathways to Academic and Community Engagement (SPACE) program and supervised two interns. 

In 2017, I led my high school’s yearbook program, which sparked my interest in program and project management. Since then, I have developed a curriculum for college readiness, conducted a research study with over 300 participants nationwide, and organized large-scale events for underrepresented students. These experiences have strengthened my leadership skills and commitment to empowering others to challenge themselves. I am best known for program development, relationship-building, dynamic leadership, and technology skills.
